California Pizza Kitchen is celebrating National Pizza Month with the debut of two brand new pizzas: the Burnt Ends BBQ Pizza and the Bacon & Brussels Pizza.
Perfect for fall, both pizzas deliver the delicious taste of comfort food in a unique way. The new Burnt Ends BBQ Pizza features tender, smoked brisket burnt ends all smothered in CPK’s signature BBQ sauce and paired with Smoked Gouda and Mozzarella cheeses. The Burnt Ends BBQ Pizza is then finished with pickled red onions and fresh cilantro.
On the other hand, the new Bacon & Brussels Pizza pairs roasted Brussels sprouts with creamy goat cheese and Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon. This pizza is then finished with caramelized onions, Romano and Parmesan cheeses, and a pinch of black pepper.
